- Identifying strategic opportunities and implementing them.
- Ensuring all teams understand what the strategic priorities are and act accordingly.

**Your mission \uD83D\uDC47**:

- Equativ is looking for a Project Manager to support the strategy group. You will ensure the coordination of strategic initiatives and will be responsible for the smooth running of the projects you will be involved in. You will report to the VP of Business Strategy and will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and his direct reports. This role is a great opportunity to work on strategic projects in close collaboration with senior executives and to find out from the inside how a fast-growing Adtech company operates.

**What you'll do ✏️**:

- Work in support of key strategic programs (Connected TV, Retail Media, Data & Addressability) and other high-value cross BU initiatives.
- Act as the main project coordinator and internal central point of contact for high profile strategic implementations of Equativ services and products, and selected initiatives.
- Specifically support key strategic accounts by coordinating multiple workstreams and creating a common tracking and management playbook.
- Manage project plans based on work breakdown structures (WBS), tracking progress to meet critical milestones and deliverables and support on-time and within-scope delivery of projects.
- With the support of the CSO group, draft templates to implement lightweight but formal methodologies and tools to efficiently manage project resources, deliverables, risks, and scope adjustments.
- Help teams define project scope and goals, adeptly managing changes to the project timeline and scope with proper verification techniques.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders, providing tailored status reports to managers, vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Escalate identified risks to the CSO group in a timely manner.
- Document all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure thorough understanding and accountability.

**About you \uD83D\uDCAA**:

- You're a masters student.
- You've got experience in project management.
- Experience in the Ad tech sector or a similar field is a plus.
- You've got strong communication skills to deliver clear messages to stakeholders of different seniority.
- Autonomous, pragmatic and focused on results.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- You've got excellent organizational abilities including multitasking and keeping track of various project elements.
- You're proficient in Google suite, Jira is a plus.
- You're familiar with software or product development lifecycles and methodologies.
- You're fluent in English, French is a plus.
