**Duties**:
The incumbent serves as the IT Training Coordinator for the Joint Missions to France, supporting two embassies, two consulates, and three American Presence Posts. Additionally, as an IT Systems Administrator, s/he also plays a key role in managing Department of State information systems and resources.

As a Training Coordinator, s/he is responsible for developing the IT Training Program the Joint Missions to France 700+ user community. S/he develops an annual training plan, creates and implements training assessments, drafts training modules and training materials and conducts both classroom and virtual trainings. S/he also seeks to improve user IT proficiencies through the maintenance of an electronic instructional library consolidating both available resources and material created by the Trainer.

**Qualifications and Evaluations**:

- Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Three years experience with at least one year working in an IT field including the creation and implementation of training modules in IT or any other field and at least two years in a customer service environment.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: The applicant must be familiar with at least basic training classroom pedagogy (objectives, creation and implementation of modules, classroom management). Good knowledge of Windows PC and Server operating systems, Active Directory, and the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with IT security best practices.

At least two years of post-secondary education (diploma required).
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE (THESE WILL BE TESTED): English and French: Fluency required. The incumbent may have to do some translations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to discern and analyze training needs. Ability to analyze and develop solutions in response to customer inquiries. Very good interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to learn IT concepts quickly. Ability to juggle competing priorities

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
