Apprenticeship - Assistant Information Technology Project Manager

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

What You'll Do

  • Participate in IT Project Management on different scopes
  • Assist the Corporate Functions PM (Project Manager) on IT Project (implementation of new IT solution, upgrade of existing IT solution)
  • Assist the CIO Office on transversal project (IT referential update, Compliance and risk Management)
  • Participate in the redaction of projects deliverables (specifications, testing strategy ..)
  • Monitor the Project delivery
  • Follow the project progress with the different stakeholders (Security team, Business, Developpers ..)
  • Contribute to the projects follow-up meetings by gathering necessary information and drafting meeting minutes.
YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are:

  • Student in an engineering or business school, ideally specializing in project management and Information Technology topics
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power point)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity and willingness to learn
