**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join our **International team in Paris**. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new leads, introducing Yousign’s solution to potential customers, and qualifying sales opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Speak with **Italian**small and medium businesses**to understand their needs and explain how Yousign can help.
- Work closely with **Customer Service, Marketing, and Product teams** to improve the customer journey, refine messaging, and share feedback.
- Keep the **CRM system up to date** and ensure accurate data. Share your sales pipeline and report on daily activity clearly.

**About You**

You will be the first point of contact for potential Italian clients. To succeed in this role, you should:

- Have **at least 2 years of full-time professional experience** (internships not included), ideally in sales within the **tech industry**. Experience in consulting is a plus.
- You are fluent in **English** and **Italian** (mandatory - bonus if you speak more than one of those);
- Know how to adapt your communication style depending on who you're talking to.
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and in conversation.
- Stay organized and focus on the most important tasks.
- Must be able to work from **Paris, France**. If you're relocating, **we’ll support you**with a relocation package.**
