We are recruiting for **FPSO Marine Lead Services** for one of our Clients in Paris, France.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Good experience in Marine engineering for similar type of project and experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas
- At least 15 years
- Master unlimited STCW 95 or Chief Engineer Class I STCW 95 or equivalent
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE, to implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility and to comply with H3SE training requirements needed to perform the services.
- To be informed of FPSO-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's), international norms and standards, extracting applicable requirements for the Suriname FPSO package.
- To participate in collaboration with the FPSO Hull Lead, the FPSO Package manager and other FPSO team members, to the preparation of tender documents and the evaluation of bids.
- To oversee the activities related to Hull and Living Quarter marine systems (rotating and static equipment, electrical, instrumentation, piping and valves, HVAC, layouts, handling means, operability...).
- To oversee engineering activities related FPSO marine operation such as offloading, FPSO supply, crew transfer via boat landing
- To coordinate the involvement and review of the various specialist (such as INS, ELE, MEC, STH, COR and other) for the development of the Marine systems.
- To coordinate exchange of information between GPI and Head Quarter Marine Operation Specialists OPS/LSO/MAR.
- To assist the FPSO Hull Leader for all matter related to FPSO classification and flagging.
- To review and ensure compliance of Contractors deliverables and documents, related to Marine systems, with Company HSSEQ requirements and specifications, with applicable codes and standards, with best engineering practices, and with Project specifications.
- To ensure adequate and timely reporting to the FPSO Hull Lead, consolidation reports, concerns, and issues.
- To ensure confidentiality of all the FPSO documentation produced (whatever its support.
