We are looking for a **FPSO Topsides Management Services Manager **for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Paris, France (with missions to London, UK)**

**Planned Start Date: 2 December 2024**

**Purchase Order Duration: 12 months**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Qualification: Strong engineering experience for similar projects and experience in the studies and execution phases of large offshore oil and gas projects.
- Languages: English and French.
- Professional Experience: At least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in offshore oil and gas projects.
- Expertise in FPSO topsides (engineering and construction).
- Solid HSE experience in fabrication yards.
- In-depth knowledge of contract management.

Missions / Service Dimensions

The holder will be responsible for:

- Providing topsides management services within the FPSO team during engineering studies.
- Adopting exemplary behavior regarding H3SE (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) and promoting the anti-corruption program within the project.

Main Activities

H3SE:

- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior concerning H3SE.
- Implement and control H3SE rules and requirements within their area of responsibility.

Technical Documentation:

- Stay informed about the rules and specifications related to topsides.
- Define, develop, and maintain all necessary technical documentation for the project, including project management documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, risks, etc.).

Coordination and Management:

- Identify and manage all studies required for the engineering, construction, fabrication, and testing of topsides in coordination with the FPSO team.
- Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning requirements are considered during the engineering phases.

Interface and Collaboration:

- Act as a technical reference for contractors and coordinate all activities in the topsides area.
- Collaborate with other package teams (SURF, SPS, etc.) to swiftly resolve interface issues.

Monitoring and Reporting:

- Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the FPSO manager, consolidating necessary reports and presentations.
- Participate in project reviews as per the company's referential standards.
