**Role Overview**:
Jacques Marie Mage is looking for a versatile and solution-oriented Retail Operations & IT Specialist to support our growing operations across France, the UK, and Italy. Based in Paris, this hybrid role requires someone who can seamlessly bridge retail support, facilities coordination, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring our European stores and offices operate at the highest standard. This individual will work cross-functionally to maintain a premium retail experience while driving operational efficiency and tech enablement across the region.

- Key Responsibilities:_

**Facilities & Workplace Support**:

- Oversee maintenance, vendor coordination, and repairs across retail stores and the European office.- Ensure all locations meet safety, compliance, and operational standards in line with French, UK, and Italian regulations.- Manage procurement of supplies, furniture, and consumables, and maintain accurate inventory of assets and fixtures.
- Coordinate logistics for store openings, refits, seasonal campaigns, and special events.

**Information Technology Generalist**:

- Act as the first point of contact for IT needs in retail and office settings: POS systems, Wi-Fi/network, hardware, and printers.- Set up and manage devices, software accounts, and configurations for new team members or locations.- Collaborate with the global IT team to roll out updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain systems uptime.
- Oversee basic cybersecurity hygiene and ensure proper access controls across tools and platforms.

**Retail Operations Coordination**:

- Support daily retail operations and backend workflows, including stockroom efficiency, logistics, and SOP adherence.- Coordinate and process inter-store merchandise transfers across France, UK, and Italy, ensuring timely and accurate execution in alignment with inventory and sales needs.- Act as a key liaison between European retail teams and HQ (logistics, e-commerce, merchandising, and finance).- Assist in implementing and optimizing tools and processes within Shopify (POS and eCommerce) and NetSuite (ERP).
- Contribute to retail training, store audits, and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Key Requirements:_
- 3-5 years of experience in a hybrid role blending retail operations, IT support, and facilities management.- Experience working in the luxury retail or lifestyle brand sector.- Understanding of retail compliance standards across France, the UK, and Italy.- Basic project management capabilities, particularly in store setup or IT rollouts.- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently within a matrixed organization- Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (POS and admin) and NetSuite ERP—must be comfortable configuring and troubleshooting within these systems.- Working knowledge of IT hardware/software (MacOS, networking, peripherals).- Proven ability to manage multiple stores or facilities in different countries, balancing field and office work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on mindset and ability to travel within Europe.
