Monitor content trends and generate insights on creative best practices and emerging formats. Contribute to strategic recommendations by synthesizing findings into actionable insights & guidelines for internal teams. Collaborate and share knowledge & upskill cross-functionally with brand & other digital teams to ensure alignment on content strategies. As an organized and open-minded Performance & Trends Assistant Project Manager, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration and innovation go hand in hand. You enjoy analyzing trends, streamlining processes, and supporting teams to craft strategic recommendations. **Other than that, you**: Have a strong grasp of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and, ideally, data visualization tools such as Power BI. Possess excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring tasks are delivered on time. Are comfortable working with data and insights, translating numbers into meaningful takeaways. Have strong communication skills, allowing you to work across teams and present findings clearly. Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
