**Société**: AR/FACTORY est la première agence spécialisée sur le « Content to Commerce » pour les médias.

**AR/FACTORY aide les éditeurs à développer leur Audience et leur Revenu via les contenus et l’affiliation.** Avec une équipe d’experts digitaux sur les contenus, le SEO et la monétisation, nous participons à la définition de la stratégie, la gestion de la production du contenu et au pilotage des performances. Depuis 2019, l’agence s’est imposée sur le marché français en devenant un acteur incontournable du Content to Commerce avec de nombreux clients de référence.

**Missions**:
Intégré(e) à une équipe de Content Performance Manager, tu seras sous la responsabilité d’un team leader.

Tu participeras à l’élaboration de la stratégie Content to Commerce d’un portefeuille d'un ou plusieurs sites médias de premier plan:

- Analyse des tendances Google Actu, analyse SEO et analyse des requêtes shopping
- Élaborer et piloter la stratégie éditoriale du client
- Gestion de plusieurs CMS et recherche d’image cible pour illustration
- Coordination des plannings de production et participation aux briefs de rédaction
- Suivi des performances avec reporting
- Analyse des résultats et force de proposition sur les optimisations à mener
- Suivi budgétaire

**Profil recherché**:
Tu as un profil junior avec une appétence pour le marketing digital et/ou les médias et/ou l’e-commerce. Une culture du marketing digital à la performance comme le SEO, SEA et l’affiliation est un plus. Mais surtout tu es rigoureux, organisé et tu disposes de bonnes capacités d’analyse. Doté d’un excellent relationnel et de bonnes capacités de communication, tu es force de proposition et tu fais preuve de bon sens. Tu es disponible dès que possible.

**Déroulement des entretiens**:

- Premier entretien en visio avec la Directrice des Opérations (~30 min)
- Entretien avec le Directeur de l’agence avec restitution d’un cas pratique (~ 1 heure)

Rémunération : à partir de 34 000,00€ par an
