As a core member of a fast-paced team in a company that has considerable brand equity in yachting, you will use your design skills to breathe life into creative ideas, curating imagery and creating visual layouts that will promote Y.CO and our services in an exciting way. Your excellent communication and time management skills will be put to use on a daily basis, as you work together with colleagues from different departments to support them with internal and client-facing documents and presentations. A guardian of the Y.CO brand, you will make sure that brand consistency is maintained at all times, while having the opportunity to learn and share your ideas as our brand evolves. This role goes beyond simply fulfilling design briefs — you’ll be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, spot creative opportunities, and actively contribute to the direction of our visual communications. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to become embedded in the fabric of the team, growing into a valued voice in shaping and driving the brand forward. This position is based in Monaco. You will also have the chance to participate in our Y.CO-sponsored sustainability programs.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Fluency in English is essential
- Relevant design qualification
- 1 year of experience minimum as a creative or designer in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC (Photoshop & InDesign)
- Prior knowledge of online presentation software such as Pitch would be an advantage
- Understanding of HTML/CSS a plus
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing is advantageous
