The Education and Training Team of ICC DRS is responsible for developing and implementing the education and training strategy for dispute resolution. The team consists of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and other ICC DRS staff responsible for designing and delivering ICC DRS learning products.

ICC DRS is hiring a Project Officer to support the ICC DRS Education and Training team in organising the education and training events.

***Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the delivery of in-person or online training and educational events
- Liaise with the trainers and trainees
- Communicate with the relevant units of ICC, and other internal and external partners in organising the training and educational events and developing learning products
- Prepare all documentation and useful material for an event
- Collect feedback and survey forms, and analyse them
- Keep and execute the budgets for the events
- Manage the logistics of the event (registration, venue, interpretation, negotiating contracts, printing, etc)

**Requirements**:

- University degree in management, business, education or any other discipline related to this position
- A minimum of two years’ experience in project management
- Knowledge of project management principles and demonstrated ability to implement projects
- Prior experience in arbitration, ADR and/or legal training field will be considered an advantage
- Good organisational, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Full ability to operate in an autonomous manner and to be proactive
- Orientation to detail
- Perfect fluency in English. Knowledge of French, Spanish or other languages will be appreciated
- Previous experience in managing international and training projects is an advantage

**Terms and conditions**:
The Project Officer reports to the Head of Education and Training at DRS

**Location**: The position is based in Paris, France

**Compensation**: Competitive, contingent on skills and experience
