We are seeking a hands-on Project Officer to help our Global Events team organise high-quality events and leverage the presence of ICC across our global network.
As the institutional representative of over 45 million businesses in more than 170 countries, the International Chamber of Commerce operates with a core mission to “make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere”.
We act as the primary voice of the real economy in a range of intergovernmental organisations - from the World Trade Organization to the UN climate process - championing the needs of local business in global decision making.

**About this job opportunity**
We are seeking a hands-on **Project Officer** to help our Global Events team organise high-quality events and leverage the presence of ICC across our global network. This will be the opportunity to play an active role in the promotion of global events and deliver ICC services, standards and business tools to key stakeholders worldwide.
**The role**
Your main activities include, but are not limited to:
**Event promotion**
- Draft engaging content for the event webpage, promotional flyers and mailing.
- Use analytics to measure impact and adapt strategies.
**Programme coordination**
- Update event programmes.
- Liaise with speakers to coordinate logistics.
**Event logistics**
- Create and update events on registration platforms.
- Coordinate with partners and external providers to deliver ICC events.
- Ensure overall logistics coordination (venues, room reservations, caterers, restaurants, hotels, A/V, etc.).
- Ensure effective and professional execution of events, whether online, hybrid or on-site.
- Event follow-up (evaluation forms, conference statistics, reports).
**Your profile**
- Have at least one year of experience in event management;
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Pay close attention to detail, are proactive and possess good problem solving skills;
- Have a customer service mindset and skills;
- Are able to multi-task and work under pressure both independently and as part of a team;
- Master common IT tools (Microsoft Office package) and can work with ease with registration and CRM tools;
- Are fully proficient in English and French. Spanish would be an advantage.
