The **Adler Pelzer Group** is a worldwide leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of acoustic and thermal components and systems for the automotive sector. With more than 15,000 employees and approximately 100 manufacturing and R&D facilities, we deliver to all major car brands globally.

We are currently looking for a recruiter to assist with the search & selection process across multiple French locations. This person will support the HR team in the Region and function as a Business Partner for hiring managers across the organisation.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintain effective contacts and network in key Adler Pelzer plant locations in France
- Liaising with the hiring managers - definition of requirements, advisory, scheduling interviews
- Connected administration and organisation

**Requirements**:

- Experience in recruitment either agency or in-house (2 years) in France
- Experience in recruitment for industrial/manufacturing environment highly advantageous
- Very good experience in sourcing via social media
- Good networker (ability to build and foster contacts in local areas)
- Attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to follow-through
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent French and English language
