- Job description**The Role**:
We have exciting new opportunities for one of our global clients in the consumer health sector.

For our new Sanofi
- RPO team, we need someone that wants to grow within an international business and speaks fluent English and French.

If that sounds like you, we have fantastic new opportunities for experienced sourcing experts, interested in gaining further recruitment expertise and opportunities to increase experience in the EMEA region.

**Working in the role you will be required to**:

- Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
- Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
- Create talent pools as well as pipelining;
- Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
- Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment - we are always looking for ideas how to be better

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
- Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels
- Experience in the Tech industry would be an advantage but not essential
- Fluent English and French language skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems
- Ability to work in fast - paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
