Serendip est un cabinet de recrutement de cadres par approche directe et de conseil en ressources humaines spécialisé dans le domaine de la santé.
Notre client est un fabricant de dispositifs médicaux dans le domaine de la réanimation et la prévention des infections pulmonaires. Nous l'accompagnons pour renforcer son équipe Santé Respiratoire en France et recruter son futur responsable commercial dispositif médical respiratoire sur la région nord-ouest

**Poste**

Rattaché(e) au National Sales Manager, RH France, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec 2 Sales Account Managers en France, vos principales responsabilités sont:

- Atteindre les objectifs de vente, de marge brute et d'assortiment de produits fixés pour le territoire.
- Mettre en œuvre des activités de promotion et de formation sur les opportunités du territoire et sur des comptes stratégiques sélectionnés, tels que définis avec le directeur des ventes.
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et transmettre les informations à son directeur des ventes et au siège.
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement des ventes sur tous les prospects cibles et avec certains comptes stratégiques / groupes d'achat, comme convenu avec le directeur des ventes.
- Identifier toutes les opportunités de vente rentables possibles pour le portefeuille de soins de santé sur le territoire
- Promouvoir la politique de vente des dispositifs médicaux du groupe auprès des clients/prospects conformément aux directives de marketing.
- Gérer et contrôler le budget des activités promotionnelles locales et des échantillons.
- Soutenir l'organisation européenne pour assurer un système de gestion de la qualité adéquat et efficace, soutenir la politique de qualité et maintenir une culture de la qualité.
- Déplacements d'environ 50 % pendant la nuit.

**Profil**

Vous faites preuve d'un très bon relationnel, d'un grand sens de la rigueur, d'initiative, avez de vraies capacités de communication ainsi qu'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.

Salaire : 35 959,95€ à 76 309,75€ par an
