- FLOOR MANAGERS (RESPONSABLES DE RAYON) - H/F EN CDI TEMPS COMPLET
- VOS MISSIONS
- Vous développez le chiffre d’affaires et assurez la rentabilité du département placé sous votre responsabilité tout en garantissant la qualité de service apportée à la clientèle.
- Véritable coach, vous accompagnez vos collaborateurs dans leur évolution et leur montée en compétence.
- Manager de terrain, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos analyses et votre réactivité dans la mise en place des plans d'action correcteurs.
- Vous assumez les responsabilités de permanent du magasin en rotation avec les autres cadres
- CRITERES D'ELIGIBILITEPremière expérience managériale réussie (minimum 24 mois) dans un poste de Responsable de rayon, Adjoint directeur de magasin ou Responsable d'un magasin à taille humaine.-
Formation initiale dans le commerce (niveau BTS / Ecole de commerce)- Passionné(e) de sport et/ou de modeAnglais scolaire-
