Margin Business Controller

Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

**Job description**:
**Main missions**:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for gross margin analysis,
- Contribute to the definition and updates of finance systems : variable gross margin analysis and optimization, build appropriate reports related to gross margin, monitor the variable gross margin: volumes, customer and supplier prices variance, bill of material of variance, provide analysis per product, customer, per plant, monitor and control pricing rules from customer contracts, monitor and control pricing rules from suppliers’ contracts, prepare monthly RMI reporting supporting financial analysis of monthly close
- Follow up of customer receivables / account payables including price differences for customer and supplier
- Prepare budgets and forecasts with the controlling teams for gross margin and working capital topics
- Manage the annual standard cost update (cost roll) in ERP QAD
- Share & exploit information with Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing

**Missions principales**:

- Assurer l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des données financières pour l'analyse de la marge brute
- Contribuer à la définition et aux mises à jour des systèmes financiers : analyse et optimisation de la marge brute variable
- Construire des rapports appropriés liés à la marge brute
- Suivre la marge brute variable : volumes, écarts de prix client et fournisseur, écarts sur la nomenclature des produits
- Fournir des analyses par produit, client et site de production
- Suivre et contrôler les règles de tarification des contrats clients
- Suivre et contrôler les règles de tarification des contrats fournisseurs
- Préparer le reporting mensuel RMI soutenant l'analyse financière de la clôture mensuelle
- Assurer le suivi des créances clients / dettes fournisseurs incluant les écarts de prix côté client et fournisseur
- Préparer les budgets et les prévisions avec les équipes de contrôle de gestion sur les sujets de marge brute et de fonds de roulement
- Gérer la mise à jour annuelle du coût standard (cost roll) dans l’ERP QAD
- Partager et exploiter l'information avec les équipes Ventes/Marketing, Supply Chain, Achats

**Skills requirements**:
Knowledge / Know how:

- Business Controlling
- Purchasing controlling is a must
- Problem solver with hands-on mindset, willing to build processes
- QAD knowledge is a plus
- Accounting background / experience is a plus

Experience:

- Controlling 10 years, ideally some years in margin or plant / manufacturing controlling

Qualification:

- Degree in Finance
- French and English fluent

- Contrôle de gestion commercial
- Contrôle des achats indispensable

- Une formation ou une expérience en comptabilité est un atout

Expérience:

- 10 ans en contrôle de gestion, idéalement avec une partie en marge ou en contrôle de gestion industriel / usine

Qualifications:

- Diplôme en finance
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
