**What you will do**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth goals;
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at programmatic buying teams, with a heavy focus on direct brands;
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by leveraging your existing network and actively engaging in outbound prospecting;
- Attend conferences and events while elevating the company's new brand recognition through various channels including social media;
**What is required**:
- Extensive experience in programmatic ad sales;
- Strong book of business & network among direct brands (ideally on consultant/senior level);
- Strategic seller able to solve client problems through consultative approach;
- Type A personality - driven, success hungry, challenger;
- Ability to move fast and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment;
- Detail oriented, strong analytical, decision-making and leadership skills;
- Extremely client facing - actively joining meetings;
- Good speaker, communicator, presenter able to represent Adlook in front of the media.
