We're looking for talented problem solvers who lead with passion and who face any task with a positive mindset. ***: **Position Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: **Drive and Support Testing Strategy** Pair quantitative and qualitative insights to inform new tests that will yield improved engagement, conversion, and retention by Prose customers. Work with Product Managers across all squads to create test experiments for learning about customer behavior in order to validate ideas. - Discovery - Support data-based product development, gathering insights from customer behaviors with our User Research Team, and driving experiments to test hypotheses that could yield improvement to KPIs. Lead projects through the definitional stages, working to ensure that we're working to solve the right problem and have clearly articulated, aligned on problem statements and goals. - Test Execution - Oversee execution of experimentation projects, working cross-functionally to ensure that the solution that is built achieves the defined problem and goals. Drive the process for test scope definition, determining best testing approach, and what test timelines will be. Help drive experiment velocity so that product teams can continuously learn and iterate on our customer's experience. - Measuring Value - Establish methods for measuring the value created with each major experiment, and own the reporting and action plan after a test is complete. Collect and analyze data to determine the effect of experiments, looking at patterns and trends. - Customer Segments: Contribute to building a personalized delightful experience for Prose customers by understanding the makeup of our customer segments and keeping them in mind when executing tests. Obtain a deeper understanding of what works for our different segments and champion that knowledge when the team considers new features. - Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Product Designs, PO's, and Tech Partners to launch experiments. Interface closely with the Data team to ensure they understand your use cases, needs, and gaps when it comes to data. - Reporting: Be close to our behavioral data and how it shifts with the launch of different experiments. Own understanding the impact and sharing out performance with stakeholders. **Be an Experimentation Liaison** - Internally: Champion Product experimentation and the frameworks and processes needed to run experiments successfully. Help set experimentation thinking and serve as an experimentation advocate in the broader organization. Continuously ensure product experimentation best practices are being introduced from outside of Prose and shared across teams. - Externally: Drive improvements in how we execute and interpret experiments. Raise opportunities for optimization with third-party vendors such as Heap. - Direct experience with e-commerce, A/B testing, web environments, and data analytics - Deep understanding of experimentation best practices, techniques and methods - Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across the organizations including Product Managers, Product Design, UX Research, CX, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Finance - Familiarity with data and understanding of diagnosing product health - Demonstrated experience working across different technology groups from Data Science to Front-end and Backend teams - Ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with team members, while managing overarching priorities - Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into partners needs that the partners themselves may not be able to articulate - Experience with creating reports and dashboards coupled with strong analytical and quantitative skills using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, drive action, and monitor product health **Perks & Benefits**: - Competitive compensation package (base salary, target bonus and equity) - Health insurance (Alan Blue 100% covered by Prose) + tickets restaurants - Nice and trendy office located between Opera and Grands Boulevards (Paris, 2eme) - Choice between a gym membership (ClassPass) or an electric bike (Vanmoof) to commute easily to the office - On-going training and development programs -
