Aravae is building a privacy-first, AI-powered productivity platform. We're scaling visibility and acquisition with a high-trust approach—clear messaging, clean tracking, and efficient experiments that improve sign-ups without hurting brand credibility.

Role summary

As Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own acquisition experiments and performance tracking across key channels. You'll work closely with the founder to develop creatives, launch tests, optimize funnels, and report what's driving growth.

Responsibilities

Acquisition experiments


• Plan and run performance tests across channels (paid social, search, newsletter sponsorships, partnership placements—based on fit).


• Create experiment plans: hypothesis, creative angles, targeting, budget guardrails, success metrics.


• Build and iterate creatives with support from design/video where needed.

Conversion & funnel optimization


• Improve landing page conversion through structured testing (headlines, CTAs, structure).


• Track funnel performance and identify drop-offs; propose fixes and experiments.


• Coordinate with product/engineering on tracking needs and implementation details.

Tracking & reporting


• Maintain clean tracking and reporting (UTMs, dashboards, weekly summaries).


• Monitor performance daily/weekly and adjust based on results.


• Document learnings and create repeatable playbooks for what works.

Brand-safe execution


• Ensure ad messaging remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with Aravae's voice.


• Avoid spammy tactics; prioritize clarity, trust, and quality lead flow.

Requirements


• 2+ years experience in performance marketing or growth (startup/SaaS/app is a plus).


• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics (CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS basics).


• Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or equivalents).


• Strong written communication in English (French is a plus).


• Organized, proactive, and able to run multiple experiments in parallel.


• Interest in women's wellbeing / FemTech is a plus, and the role is open to all backgrounds.

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Paris (Hybrid)


• Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates (CET working hours required)

Compensation


• Paid role (contract or employment, depending on location and fit).
