**Role description**:
Are you looking for an apprenticeship or an internship to **enhance** **your human resources skills**? Do you want to get a large insight into **various HR-topics **with a strong focus on Talent Management? Then have a look at this job offer.

The HR team in Paris is looking to reinforce its team and offers a great learning opportunity in a large international organization.

Your missions will consist of:

- Manage the deployment of a global leadership development program
- Logistics
- Communication with participants and trainers
- Contact with local HR in all our sites
- Work on digital learning initiatives (from digital Onboarding program to implementation of a group-wide Learning Management System)
- Talent acquisition: support the overall recruitment process (from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding)
- Operational HR topics to support the employees and managers of the Paris headquarter
- Develop employee engagement activities

**Profile**:

- Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management
- Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environnement

- Team work

- Good overall communications skills (verbal and written)
- MS Office needed

Languages: English and French fluent
