Pelico's operations management platform gives factory teams the agility and resilience to quickly respond to any supply chain disruptions, and act fast to mitigate their impact. With the platform, factory teams align on a single source of truth to anticipate bottlenecks, prioritize corrective actions, speed up cross-functional collaboration, and simulate alternative production and repair scenarios.
**What you'll do & learn**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Contribute on recruitment strategy & onboarding efficiency
- Manage end to end recruitment process (from kick-off meeting with manager to offer acceptance)
- **Culture & Employer Branding**:
- Animate HR initiatives to increase employee experience
- Embrace Pelico's culture by seating our Employer Value Proposition
- **HR management**:
- Help on human resources policies, procedures, contracts and participate in creating harmonized standards across the different countries
- Support Managers 'community & Pelicans on requests & day to day HR tasks
- Contribute in HR tools deployments & evangelization
- Work on HR KPIs follow-up
- **People Growth & Performance**:
- Contribute to the performance review cycles (promotions, salary increases, and bonuses) every semester in cooperation
- Work on learn & growth path per department with associated training plans

**What you embody**
- Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
- Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- First HR experience is a plus
