Investment Operations Manager

Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. **Investment Operations Manager (M/F/d)**

As we scale the business at Moonfare and expand internationally, the efficiency of processes becomes a critical success factor. The fund operations team sits at the core of the Moonfare offering by managing the funds throughout their lifetime.

To provide a best-in-class product we are looking to hire an Investment Operations Manager to manage the launch of new funds, one of the most crucial cross-functional processes within our business. Within the broader Fund Operations team, the Investment Operations Manager will own the entire fund launch process and coordinate all internal teams as well as stay in close contact with the target fund General Partners throughout the launch phase.

**You will**:

- Own the entire fund launch process and coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Configure the Moonfare platform for every new fund we launch
- Ensure the fund content is kept up-to-date throughout the fundraising period
- Support our partners in launching their campaigns on our platform
- Set up and maintain the internal knowledge databases for internal stakeholders
- Organise webinars with representatives of the target fund General Partners
- Initiate and maintain investment documents and the digital subscription flow for our investors
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and presentations

**The next Moonfarian**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (finance, economics etc.)
- Previous experience within the Private Equity/Venture Capital industry is a must
- Previous experience in managing projects and coordinating stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with project management systems (e.g. Jira or Monday)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Natural relationship builder
- Excellent work ethic with a hands-on attitude and positive mindset
- Takes a structured way to delivering work
- Excellent attention to detail
