Contexte: Afin d'assurer la gestion des projets en lien avec la production, nous recrutons un "service project manager" pour intervenir au sein de la direction technique sur les métiers "flux paiements" & "Swift & Forces". Poste & missions: Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer la gestion des projets en lien avec la production; Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer l'évolution cohérente des solutions techniques proposées en exploitant au mieux les possibilités de l'état de l'art. - Garantir l’exploitabilité des infrastructures proposées - Appliquer les orientations de la stratégie technique - Apporter la vision des architectes dans les normes et standards - Contribuer aux scénarios d’évolution des architectures existantes - Participer aux choix stratégiques - Décliner la stratégie sous forme de solutions Profil: Vous avez un grand sens du service ,de la communication et de la coordination. De plus vous avez une forte conscience des enjeux financiers directs et indirects, le sens des priorités et une capacité d'écoute et de dialogue avec tout type d'interlocuteurs. Compétences: - Maîtrise de la fonction de chef de projet avec idéalement une solide expérience bancaire - Grande expérience sur la gestion de projets transverses nécessitant la collaboration de nombreuses équipes - Idéalement connaissances fonctionnelles des paiements - Bonne maîtrise Anglais (écrit et oral) - Esprit de synthèse et sens aigu de l’organisation - Approche pédagogique des problématiques - Sens de la communication interne et externe, appréciation de l'essentiel et du service client - Autonomie et proactivité - Orientation, efficacité et sens du service - Capacité à actualiser ses connaissances - Capacité d’initiative / créativité - Coopération et esprit d’équipe - Resistance au stress Doté(e) d’une réelle volonté de progresser, vous serez appelé(e) à devenir un élément moteur de cette équipe.
