YOUR MISSIONS You assist the PMO of the Digital Agency in administrative and financial management, contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement of transversal projects. The CMA CGM Group has been committed to the digitalization of its commercial activity for several years. The Digital Agency, within the Digital Division, is responsible for the development, deployment, and operation of the various eBusiness channels through which this commercial activity is carried out. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You manage the purchasing process, from the expression of needs to the follow-up and closure of the service. You manage the invoice validation processes and the digital archiving of documents. You participate in transversal projects to improve purchasing and archiving processes and tools. You manage monthly reports and improve existing ones. You harmonize reporting methods with the PMOs of the different department services. You manage onboarding/offboarding and associated procedures. You maintain a "Who does What" to better manage resources and escalations. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Management, Business Administration. A first short experience in project management would be a plus. You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You have knowledge of business management and purchasing processes. You are capable of drafting structured documents (SOPs, reports, etc.). Your rigor and organizational skills, combined with your analytical and synthesis abilities, will be assets for success in this position. Your English is operational (reading technical documentation in English + writing).
