**About the Role**:
We are recruiting for a Production Planner. The position reports to the Head of the VITEC Upstream Supply Chain Department.

It involves multi-skilled tasks, mainly in production scheduling and logistics in cooperation with the logistics assistant.

You will be in charge of coordinating the launch of productions with a focus on electronics and the logistics of routing components to the assembly sites. Your action will guarantee both the timely completion of planned productions and the dissemination of up-to-date information to all the company's players and partners.

**Main duties include**:
You will be responsible for the following tasks in conjunction with the department manager:

- Carry out simulations of OF services,
- Initiate and lead or coordinate the various actions required to launch planned productions,
- Breakdown stocks and arbitrate in the event of shortages,
- Communicate identified supply contingencies to the dedicated team,
- Participate in the weekly planning meetings of the line passages with the assembly partners,
- Guarantee the availability of supplies in relation to the allocated line slots,
- Update the ERP according to these commitments and the line passes declared each week by the partners,
- Coordinate the inventory of the Châtillon site warehouse and actively participate in the entry and analysis of those carried out on the production sites associated with the company.

In cooperation with the Logistics Assistant you will:

- Ensuring that the order confirmations and reminders for current orders are kept up to date in the ERP system,
- Identify and select relevant logistics options for all deliveries and component transfers,
- Ensure the daily input of BL and invoices received from industrial partners and suppliers into the company's ERP,
- In the absence of the person in charge of these tasks, ensure the reception and breakdown of deliveries as well as any shipments.

**About You**:
You have a degree with previous professional experience in a similar position. You are rigorous, dynamic, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with import/export customs regulations would be a plus.

Your command of English, office automation tools, negotiation skills and experience of using an ERP system will be valuable assets for the position.
