**Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Legal Intern to join the Legal Team in Paris**

**About the role \uD83D\uDDA5️**:

- Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal Team in all upcoming projects and campaigns. The role is a unique opportunity to support and counsel the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective which manages the activities of all subsidiaries, around the world. This is a 6 months internship role based out of our Paris office reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel IP/IT & Anti-counterfeiting.

**What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C**:

- Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting,consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance,etc.);
- Monitor the legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activityof Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, Digital Services Act, Consumer laws, etc.);
- Draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds (NDAs; Services agreements,SaaS,Commercial contracts (Partnerships, Influencers, Freelancers), Rights’assignment contracts, etc.);
- Develop and monitor of Trademarks and Domain Names;
- Manage different sets of Terms and Conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers);
- Ensure the follow up of pre-litigations and litigations;
- Assist with the various administrative tasks of the Legal Department

**Who you are**:

- You are a postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law, Consumer Law, International Law (Master 2 and/ or DJCE) and/or you are currently an “EFB”student;
- You have Excellent written and oral skills;
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken, imperative;
- You master the Pack Office and legal databases;
- You have a first experience in a company or law firm is desirable;
- You have the ability to deliver effective work, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in an international fast-paced environment;
- You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are also able to exercise discretion;
- Internship agreement required.
