**Our team and mission**
Under the direct authority of the FLPP Head of Technology Disruptors (STS-FF), which is in charge inside of STS-F of leading the implementation of Future Launchers Preparatory Programme Core Element technology activities mainly pertaining to Technology Disruptors, generic technology project and roadmaps, FIRST and other FLPP technology initiatives, subscale demonstrations, interface with ESA TECNET/GSTP and Academics / New actors, Technology push/scouting, organisation of Prizes/challenges/grants;- **Field(s) of activity/research for the traineeship**
You will contribute to:
- the identification, evaluation and maturation of Technology Disruptors for future space transportation missions;
- the elaboration and management of methodologies for technology assessment;
- the elaboration and management of technology roadmaps;
- create and manage technology and industry databases;
- create and manage visualisation tools for technology activities;
- follow technology maturation activities contracted to industry;
- prepare reviews and key-points;
- support the preparation of FLPP events and pitch days.

You should have just completed, or be in the final year of your master’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline.**Additional requirements**
You should have good interpersonal and communication skills and should be able to work in a multicultural environment, both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience of working in international teams can be considered an asset.
