Join the Business Development team in the South-West Europe region (Belgium, Spain, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Portugal).

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a support role in the implementation of strategic sales projects, a large part of which will involve training internal and external populations (customers) in line with the sales strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work with our project managers, help them roll out strategic projects and implement training plans..

At VELUX, training is a major area of business development for both internal and external customers.

**Main tasks**:

- Participating in the harmonization of training plans within the region in collaboration with the Regional Training Manager
- Harmonization of internal training (inter-country and group coordination)
- Helping to run the region's network of trainers (workshops, brainstorming, etc.)
- Participate in the roll-out of strategic regional projects with the Project Managers
- Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, group, etc.)
- Data analysis / data support
- Preparation of meetings

**Your profile**:
With at least 4 years' higher education in business or equivalent, you already have initial experience in project management and a strong interest in the world of business and training.

Rigorous and organised, you are capable of managing a variety of projects independently and demonstrate proactivity and initiative.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in French and English.

Fluency in an additional language spoken in the region would be a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

En tant que Project Manager Junior, vous jouerez un rôle de support dans la mise en œuvre des projets Commerciaux stratégiques, dont une grande partie concerneront la formation des populations internes et externes (clients) en lien avec la stratégie commerciale.

Vous aurez l’opportunité de travailler avec nos Projects Managers et les soutenir dans le déploiement de projets stratégiques ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre des plans de formations.

Au sein de VELUX, la formation est un axe majeur de développement commercial tant pour les internes et les externes.

**Missions principales**:

- Participation à l’harmonisation des plans de formations au sein de la région en collaboration avec la Regional Training Manager
- Harmonisation des formations internes (coordination inter pays et groupe)
- Participation à l’animation du réseau de formateurs de la région (workshops, brainstorming )
- Participation aux déploiement des projets stratégiques régionaux avec les Project Managers
- Collaboration avec les équipes internes (marketing, ventes, et Groupe, )
- Analyses des données
- Préparation des réunions

**Votre profil**:
De formation supérieure (Bac+4 minimum) en Commerce ou diplôme équivalent, vous avez déjà une première expérience dans la gestion de projets ainsi qu’une forte appétence pour le commerce et la formation.

Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous êtes capable de gérer différents projets en autonomie et faites preuve de proactivité ainsi que d’initiatives.

Vous vous distinguez par vos qualités de communication et relationnelles.

Français et Anglais courant.

La maîtrise d’une langue supplémentaire pratiquée dans la Région serait un plus.

Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, ).
