Nous proposons un poste d’Events Supervisor Junior (H/F) en contrat CDI, basé à Collégien (77).

Vous participerez à la conception, la mise en place et la logistique des événements, en participants aux missions suivantes:

- Gérer l’ouverture et fermeture des boutiques clients.
- Être en charge des transferts de boutiques.
- Gérer les renouvellements de boutiques.
- Participer à la logistique des galas et évènements commerciaux privés.
- Définir l’offre en fonction des besoins clients.
- Gérer la logistique et les relations avec les prestataires externes.
- Planifier les besoins et être présent sur site, si nécessaire.
- Planifier les tâches pour la bonne exécution des plannings.
- Effectuer la gestion administrative dans le logiciel.
- Respecter les délais.
- Suivre les cahiers des charges clients.

**Votre profil**:

- Diplômé(e) de Bac+3 minimum, en Commerce, Management des unités commerciales, Service à la Clientèle, vous capitalisez une expérience significative de minimum 2 ans, idéalement en Supply Chain (évènements / planning).
- Anglais bon, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Maitrise du Pack office, Excel (saisie + TCD, recherche SI, recherche V).
- Vous avez une très forte capacité d’adaptabilité et d’analyse.
- Bonne présentation et très bon relationnel.
- Un esprit commercial est demandé car les opérations se déroulent en face du client.
- Coordination et mangement d’équipe.
- Gestion du stress.
- Permis B obligatoire.
