- Nestlé Waters MD
- Located in Issy Les Moulineaux (France)
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain (Business School, Engineering School or University)
- 5 years of experience minimum in Demand Supply Planning and Project Management

As a Planning Improvement Expert, you will be driving Zone Europe Waters Category in identifying opportunities associated with end-to-end planning process improvements across the markets. Your role will be strategic as you will have to secure that planning processes in the Zone are at highest standards, assuring minimum level of deviations and driving implementation of new tools, new capabilities and new way of working to bring the planning of Waters Europe to next level.

**A day in the life of a Planning Improvement Expert**:

- Drive competence development and continuous E2E improvement across Europe Waters supply planning.
- Implement supply planning process standarization and aligned ways of working across Europe Waters.
- Leverage system capabilities and identify new tools making capacity and supply planning more efficient.
- Ensure information sharing across Europe to bring performance to a higher level.
- Interface to manufacturing, finance and other relevant functions across the planning process.
- Ensure sustainability of developed competences among Supply Planning community.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of DSP Vision and DSP Roadmap for Europe.
- Close collaboration with Zone Functional Expert to ensure the implementation and leverage of DSP solutions and to address Waters specific requirements.
- Ensure continuous improvement across Waters Europe supply planning in order to create competitive gaps.
- Secure accurate onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure full training to Waters Europe planning team for all implementations and new planning processes/tools.
- Ensure full documentation on existing planning processes and standards.
