**Better requires process discipline and simplification**
For such a key role, you will have solid hands-on experience ideally from an in-house or RPO environment. You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a good understanding of talent market. As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and use the same for key decision making. You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA focused environment. Fluency in French and English is essential.
