**Job description**:
Doctolib is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Global Tech TA team. You will be focused in recruiting key technical and Data roles in the company: AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Product, Design etc... You will directly report to the TA Manager for Tech and Product org, and work closely with your business stakeholders andthe other People teams to attract, engage and retain our talents.
**Your Mission**:
- Recruit our future doctolibers who mainly work in the department of Engineering, Product, Data and Design. The scope will be global (France / Germany / Italy);
- Hire top talents to help Doctolib achieves its vision: help millions of people get access to healthcare;
- Be a strategic partner, from scoping out team builds to designing assessments;
- Be the recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies (from building sourcing strategies to the mastering of the closing);
- Create and execute scalable hiring strategies, we want you to be autonomous
- Know your numbers and grow them;
- Keep your knowledge up to date and share it with your teammates.
