**Main Mission**
This position's main objective is to define and implement a Key Opinion Leader development strategy. The role also requires a strong understanding and the ability to explain and persuade regarding the benefits of Anthogyr solutions and the Straumann Group, especially in the digital aspect. This mission is crucial in the brand's internationalization process and involves extensive collaboration and cross-functional management with relevant Anthogyr teams and Straumann Group employees. The position also demands excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with dental professionals, including dentists and prosthodontists of various nationalities.

The main objectives of this role are:

- Develop and lead the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development strategy for the Anthogyr brand.
- Propose and implement a system to structure, segment, professionalize, and enhance the management and development of Key Opinion Leaders.
- Collaborate with the subsidiaries and regions of the Straumann Group and the Straumann Group's headquarters to develop activities for the Key Opinion Leaders in Anthogyr strategic markets.
- Participate in the development of training concepts, be able to conduct training sessions offered by Anthogyr and have a deep understanding of Anthogyr and Straumann Group solutions.
- Contribute to and/or lead specific strategic projects for the Anthogyr brand.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to demonstrate:

- A 4/5-year higher education degree from a business school or university, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a role with similar dimensions.
- Experience with healthcare professionals and/or strategic key account clients.
- Experience in formulating strategies, concepts, and processes.
- Experience in contract negotiation is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
