At BYREDO we come as we are, with the intention to learn from each other and go beyond business objectives. **ABOUT THE JOB** We’re looking for a **Project Development Assistant Byproduct **who will closely work with our Project Managers on our very special non-beauty category. As a member of our amazing Byproduct team, you will collaborate with our New Categories Manager, different Byredo teams and external suppliers to assist on current and future products development as well as purchasing coordination. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Project Development** - Contribute to current and future product development at all stages for: - Projects within the Byproduct category (permanent collections and drops). - Transversal projects linked to brand actuality (product launch, holiday activation ). - Source new suppliers for upcoming projects. **Purchasing & Supply** - Issue reference creation requests. - Build detailed briefs and launch calls for tenders. - Compare price offers and help to build and monitor the purchasing budget. - Support our suppliers through registration and administrative processes. - Elaborate packing guidelines for suppliers, adapted to product typology and requirements. **Coordination for projects** - Monitor planning and follow deadlines to ensure that the schedule is respected. - Help the team in daily operational tasks necessary to lead the projects until the launch (parcels, pictures,). **Reporting and business intelligence** - Prepare benchmarks (online and in stores) to follow trends and best practices. - Minute reports for internal and external meetings. - Follow up product archives. - This list is non-exhaustive and may vary depending on business priorities._ **Your key interlocutors for all of the above**: - Byproduct Team. - Supply team. - Marketing team. - Communications team. - Suppliers. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT INTERN** - Your interpersonal and persuasion skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job. - You are product and quality-oriented. - Not only you are enthusiast and able to adapt easily to any situation, but you also have a strong “project management” mindset. **WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO** - You are a Master student in a Business School or University with solid fashion or lifestyle awareness, looking for a gap-year or end-of-study internship. - You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university. - You are fluent in French, English, Italian will be a plus **OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU** - We will onboard you in our fantastic sensorial adventure. - You will work in a flexible and agile working environment, surrounded by great people. - You will be part of our lively Interns community. - We strongly encourage test & learn mindsets from our interns. - You will be equipped with a Linkedin Learning license to boost your learning experience. - You will be able to know your impact and measure your success. **_ Kindly make sure to send us your CV in English._
