RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in the definition, development and implementation of the digital strategy for the brand on new product launches and commercial animations. You will also contribute to the acceleration of the brand on e-commerce and help us create breakthrough experiences for our consumers on digital platforms.
**Your main focus**:
Participate in the digital activation for new product launches and animations: definition of digital strategy, brief to creative agencies on content production, follow-up of post-production until final asset delivery and development of global digital toolkit
Take part to the development of specific digital tools to foster customer experience on all digital touchpoints
Define the digital orchestration on social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) and monitor global implementation in partnership with media team
Manage the DAM (internal digital asset sharing platform) for all Boss & Hugo digital content: upload of new content, copyright governance, regular monitoring to ensure platform accuracy
Be the key point of contact on all digital-related questions for local markets
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices in the beauty & luxury industry, share key learnings and insights with the wider marketing organization to bring strategic recommendations for the brand

The team consists of 1 Marketing Manager and 1 Director and you will work closely together with several departments such as product marketing, media, trade marketing and all expert departments from the Coty Digital Division. As an experienced digital marketing student, you are a team player and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are:
A Master student in digital marketing/marketing
Rigorous and hands-on - able to work in full autonomy
Confident and curious - always keen on sharing your ideas
A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Passionate about the beauty industry
