**Vice President Sales - EMEA South (France, Iberia & Italy)**:
As a VP of Sales, you will play an important role not only with regard to revenue generation but also with Informatica's reputation in the marketplace. We're the advocates, the direct line to our customers. Our success is due not only to a strategy and creative execution but to the knowledge behind every product we offer and the knowledge that we can deliver the right solution with unsurpassed.

You'll use your record of accomplishment to lead a team to sell enterprise software solutions and increase incremental licensing revenue through the management of all accounts within the South EMEA region. You will collaborate with other executives, including presales, professional services, marketing, channel management, finance and customer support, and alliance and channel partners. You'll use your experience with sales management to inspire and coach the team to surpass their sales goals.

**Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do**:

- Business and financial knowledge to translate into an executable sales plan
- Ability to manage or enlist the support of matrix organizations
- operations and positioning to accomplish plans, and align others with plans
- Experience communicating at Senior levels

**What We'd Like to See**:

- 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales management history in a related space
- Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing teams in France, Spain, and Italy
- Experience manager of 1st line Sales Managers / Sales Directors
- Background in management and strategic selling
- Experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business
- Personal experience closing multi-million dollar deals
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience
- History of exceeding quota
- Executive calling experience and presence.

**Role Essentials**:

- Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience with an undergrad degree or professional training
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background
- Organization or Segment Leader
