Elle recherche un Account Manager sur la ville de Lyon

**Tes missions**:

- A mi-chement entre l'AM et le CSM, tu interviens dès que les sales chasseurs ont signé le deal.
- Tu gères tout le cycle après-vente: on-boarding des clients, Formation, customer relationship, fidélisation...
- Tu déploies la solution chez les clients et t'assures de la bonne utilisation et de leur satisfaction pour sécuriser un business pérenne.
- Tu échange avec les commerces de la région (CHR, tabacs, presse, GMS...) pour les guider dans l'utilisation d'une nouvelle solution de paiement mobile.

**Ton profil**:

- Tu as une expérience en vente ou en relation client, tu aimes la technicité et la technologie.
- Tu connais par coeur la ville de Lyon
- Tu as un très bon contact, tu es hyper organisé, tu aimes la relation et la satisfaction client..
