**CUSTOMER COMMUNITY MANAGER (M/F)** - Ivalua is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement solutions globally_ **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are looking for a Customer Community Manager passionate about digital engagement opportunities to join our team and own all organic social media activity. Location: Our office in Massy, France **WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US** - Contribute to developing and protecting Ivalua's corporate brand equity: - Community building and engagement - Issues/crisis monitoring - Key focus areas include: - Growing relevant followers based on corporate persona communities - Boost our engagement metrics and drive conversion - Drive employee advocacy activity (via our social selling club) - Identify and leverage opportunities with third parties and influencers - Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns - Online issues-monitoring and crisis management - The role requires strong writing and communications skills, social media and public relations experience **YOUR PROFILE** If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you **Skills and Experience** - Experience building and managing online communities - Fluency in English and French, verbally and in writing (required) - Collaborative personality, comfortable engaging customers of all seniority levels and working with company leadership and different functions - Comfort working in an unstructured environment as this is a new role that will need to be established - Quick learner, able to learn the terms and issues of our Spend Management software industry to understand community conversations and react appropriately - Experience in Spend Management, procurement and/or supply chains preferred **WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU** - An innovative and stimulating work environment. - Great training and career development - You will work with a diverse and global team made up of exceptionally passionate, talented and motivated colleagues who are established leaders in their field - Regular social events, team sports or musical activities (under normal conditions) - We pride ourselves in customer experience, Agility, Pragmatism, Positive attitude and enthusiasm, Team play, Continuous learning and Improvement and accountability. **COMPANY OVERVIEW** A "Magic Quadrant" leader, Ivalua's solutions work in a complex global economy.
