**Customer Community Manager, F/M Massy - France**

Ivalua is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement solutions globally.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a digital-savvy Community Manager to lead our customer engagement platform (Community) online platform and to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Working with colleagues from across the organization, The Customer Community Manager will be responsible for sourcing content aligning all communications, setting up groups, and ensuring customer contacts are accurate so they can be properly assigned to groups for existing and new customers. As the liaison, you will be the first point of contact for the online customer community, partners and Ivaluans, thus developing an intimate relationship with the members of the online community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. You must have an outgoing personality as in-person networking will also be part of the job.

**Community Manager Responsibilities**:
Develop a content plan that includes sourcing, adapting and/or creating engaging content for the platform, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, weekly summaries, and videos.

Engage with the online customer community and respond to comments and requests.

Analyse web traffic and relevant community metrics.

Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

Devise and implement community communication initiatives.

Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new content, messaging, marketing initiatives, product, and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.

Attend networking events that encourage community involvement and increase participation.

Ensure brand consistency by communicating with Marketing٫ PR٫ and Communications teams.

Keep up to date with trends in digital technology.

**Community Manager Requirements**:
A degree in Communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields may be required.

Community management experience with a similar focus or a variety of social media platforms and formats is essential.

Proficient in reporting analytics.

At least two years of experience managing similar communities or social media platforms.

Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.

Able to become Ivalua certified both in P2P and STC with the goal of obtaining a deep knowledge in the Ivalua solution

**Soft Skills**:
Superb time management skills.

Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

Able to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and work in close collaboration with Senior Leaders.

Happy to travel internationally.

Excellent knowledge of English and French.
