- In this position, the apprentice will work under the management of the Group indirect Purchasing Portfolio Director.- Context:
- Recently a new purchasing organization has been rolled out with the ambition:
- To strengthen the purchasing function performance aiming to a better alignment with the business needs
- To support the Business Groups organization on the management of their Purchasing activities
- & to amplify the purchasing organization impact around Nexans E3 model (Economics, Environment, Engagement)
- Purpose:
- Support the indirect purchasing global team in the management of some key projects contributing to reduce Nexans carbon footprint ( Energy, Transport, Mobility )
- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- Perform requirements analysis
- Ensure regulatory watching/monitoring
- Prepare the meetings (both internal / external)
- Work closely with Global indirect purchasing team
- Ensure solutions met business needs and requirements
- Update & monitor Dashboard/KPIs
- Expected results:
- Update on regulatory
- Spend data-collection & analysis
- Meetings preparation
- KPIs monitoring
- What We Are Looking For:
- Apprentice - 1 year
- English : mandatory
- Autonomous - Curious - Enthusiastic
- Rigorous and disciplined in execution and project follow-up
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
