- In this position, the apprentice will work under the management of the Group Purchasing Portfolio Director - Raw Materials.- In a VUCA market, being able to track the monopolistic situations and ensure that alternative grades are qualified is of the utmost importance to reduce the risk of shortages and increase the competition between suppliers- Purpose:
- Leading and monitoring the qualification of alternative grades in order to ensure a higher flexibility within the Raw Material Category- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- Lead the Shift program : Strategic qualifications follow up, routine with Cat Man, prepare the presentation of the Shift Committee
- Lead the Open Source program : Ensure all qualification projects are recorded in the Open Source Follow up file, organize routnies with the Cat Man community to follow up the qualifications
- Expected results:
- Shift Program : 50 Grades common to minimum 3 Sites
- Open Source : Minimum 50 new qualifications
- What We Are Looking For:
- Apprentice - 1 or 2 years
- Chemical/Materials and/or Purchasing Engineer
- English : mandatory
- Rigorous and disciplined in execution and project follow-up
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Analytical skills
