**Product Quality Team Manager (M/F)**

Localisation : Rueil-Malmaison

**Missions**:
Within the Industrial Operations Business Division (BD IOP) and its Product Quality Department, reporting directly to the Product Quality Director based in Salindres, your main tasks will be:

- To manage the Product Quality activity in Rueil and the team you are responsible for
- To be responsible for waivering activity regarding product for Axens SA.
- To be responsible for the conformity of the technical information which are provided to the sales forces for all products manufactured by Axens.
- To be responsible for the IOP’s Product Quality indicators.
- To be responsible for the customer sample activity located in Rueil.
- To manage the career development of your Team.
- To represent your team within the QP steering committee
- To participate to the review meetings for the quality for the production and the stocks from the Salindres plant.

**Qualifications**:
Ingeneering degree or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Physical Chemistry with good technical experience and knowledge of all Axens products.

**Associated skills**:
You know how to work within a network and at the interface of several functions

Rigor, determination and availability are essential qualities for such a position.

You have a good knowledge of SAP

It is essential to have a good level of English.
