**At Ayvens Digital & IT**we have an opening for an experienced **Product Manager.**

As our new **Product Manager**, you will be will play a vital role in the development and execution of our digital product offerings. Reporting to the Head of Product, this position will focus on understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful product delivery that aligns with our strategic objectives.

We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our **Paris**Office.**

**What are you going to do?**
In this position you are going to be responsible for
- Driving and executing the domains digital Product portfolio.
- Guide the product from conception to launch while maximizing its value and impact.
- Conducting market research and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories to guide the development process.
- Track product performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as a product champion, communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders and fostering a customer-centric culture within the team.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in digital products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluent in English (both verbally and written)
