***CONTEXT:
The mission of our Business Division, Technology and Technical Support, is to propose to our clients sustainable solutions, which are also efficient in terms of technologies / process, catalysts / adsorbents and services for the whole domains Axens is involved in (Oil & Biomass Hydroprocessing & conversion, Petrochemicals production & purification, Gas and Water Treatment, CO2 capture).

T&TS Business Division is responsible for the performance achieved in Axens’ clients units and for maintaining the competitiveness of our offer in a very competitive market and in the energy transition period scope. T&TS activities are at the crossroads of Axens core jobs, mixing technical support to sales, partnership with our Clients and piloting R&D actions to ensure our long-term competitiveness.
- Aromatics: Paraxylene and Benzene production and purification (Paramax® offer), CycloHexane and MethylCycloHexane for LOHC (Liquid Organic Hydrocarbon Carrier).
- Olefins: Selective Hydrogenations around the Steam Cracker with a very large portfolio of technologies and catalysts (SeLeneTM), oligomerizations processes among which DimersolTM and Alphaolefins technologies such as Alphabutol® and AlphahexolTM, and etherifications.

The Petrochemistry Product Line consists of two teams (Aromatics & Olefins) of highly qualified engineers, whose missions are:

- Prepare, clarify and defend the technical solution (technologies / catalysts / equipement) which fits the most the customer needs as a response to a tender, to design grass-roots units, to modify existing assets or to replace products / equipment. In particular in the frame of energy transition, assist customers in their decarbonization journey by proposing tailor-made solution around Axens technologies. This technical activity supports the Sale Process to ensure the development of Axens market share.
- Create a specific relationship and support our customers by providing top-of-the-line technical assistance for units follow-up through innovative digital tools and efficient on-site support.
- Promote Axens technologies and services through different marketing actions (seminars, conferences, client workshops) in order to accompany the development of Axens market share.
- Adapt, develop and break new ground to Axens offer.

We are looking for a Product Line Manager for our Aromatics Product Line. Reporting to the Petrochemistry Product Line VP, he/she will set the strategy for offers and technical support, organize the group activities and manage the team, and ensure proper communication with the different stakeholders (internal / external) to achieve the above mentioned missions.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:
**Business / operational activities**:

- Supervise technical proposals and technical assistance activities.
- Manage alliances with partners relating to the Product Line, in collaboration with the Product Line VP and the Commercial BD.
- Monitor market trends and Axens' competitive position, with the support of the Strategy-M&A Department and the Commercial BD.

**Team Management**:

- Define the group’s overall vision and objectives according to the BD strategic and operational objectives (OVAR grid).
- Organize the life of the team and manage the development of skills.
- Conduct performance reviews for the people in his/her charge.

**Budget / Business Plan / R&D plan**
- Prepare, follow-up and update of the Business Plan and yearly Budget for Product Line technologies / products / equipment in cooperation with the Commercial BD, Strategy-M&A Department and Product Line VP.
