Billing Manager

You will integrate the Group accounting department and you will be part of a team in charge of covering the working capital activities.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead a team of 3-5 specialists in charge of billing activities for all countries in the group. You will be responsible for the task allocation and good delivery of all activities related to your scope. You will propose and put in place performance indicators in order to secure our delivery activities;
- You will be responsible for the correct integration of the customers' master data and related contracts into our billing system. You will ensure the completeness and accuracy of our monthly customer billing cycle;
- You will ensure close cooperation with our internal stakeholders from Sales, and Finance;
- In relation with the Working Capital Senior Manager, you will be the gatekeeper for the order to cash business process and you will ensure our capacity to optimize the process and improve our scalability and constant quality;
- You will be in charge of all queries and validation requests addressed by our internal customers;
- You will be in charge of the monitoring of our customers direct debits and you will work closely with our cash collection team in order to recover doubtful debts;
- You will oversee the monthly and annual closing activities, including performance;
- You will ensure the quality of our internal periodic controls;
- In relation with our project team, you will propose system improvements in our CRM (Salesforce), billing system (Zuora) or in our accounting system (SAP).

You could be our next team mate if you:

- Have a Bac +/5 in finance and accounting or Master Degree in accounting;
- Have 8 to 10 years of experience in billing with experience of massive volume of invoicing;
- Are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;
- Have an analytical mindset to identify trends, solve problems and support decision-making;
- Language skills : Professional English. Native speaker in French and/or German/Italian is a plus;
- Skills in Zuora (billing tool) would be highly desirable;
- Have excellent communication skills.
