As Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you’ll drive scalable, resilient systems for one of DeFi’s fastest-growing protocols. Lead a high-performing team to deliver APIs, data pipelines, and backend systems while aligning infrastructure goals with Morpho’s vision.

**Leadership**:

- Prioritize team success and foster growth.
- Manage priorities, deliver high-quality solutions, and address technical debt.
- Build and scale a world-class infrastructure team.

**Technical Excellence**:

- Design scalable, reliable systems for all Morpho products.
- Drive for best practices around deployments, observability, and system reliability.
- Build secure, high-performance, data-intensive systems using blockchain knowledge.

**Strategic Vision**:

- Create long-term infrastructure strategies to match Morpho’s growth.
- Align technical decisions with business objectives.

**Your First 6 Months**:
**1 Month**: Understand team dynamics and align objectives.
**3 Months**: Establish a daily release cadence and improve observability.
**6 Months**: Scale infrastructure to meet growing demands and set measurable team goals.
- Proven leadership of web3 infrastructure teams with 5+ engineers.
- Expertise in TypeScript (optional Rust), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Strong blockchain knowledge and experience designing scalable systems.
- Humility, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
