**Spore.Bio** is a deeptech start-up born in 2023, building a new paradigm in the quality control systems in Food&Beverage, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutics factories.

After spending a lot of time in factories environments, we saw the pain it was to make sure products were safe. Traditional **quality control** has heavy constraints and long waiting times. To change that, we decided to build Spore.Bio, a **new generation of microbiological testing.**

Our team is dedicated to **bringing technology** and developing a cutting-edge solution, based on advanced optical and deep-learning technologies, to detect bacterial contamination within seconds.

Are you ready to revolutionize microbiology monitoring in factories? Spore Bio is seeking a **Brand & Marketing Specialist**to develop our cutting-edge pathogen detection solution. Join our dynamic team of R&D experts and product managers, and help us build the future of industrial microbiology.

**About the role**:
We’re seeking a **Brand & Marketing**guru who can build and own our brand from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role: it’s a creation role. This role doesn’t exist at Spore.Bio, so you would have the opportunity to create it from scratch and take our brand from 0 to 1. You’ll shape our identity, voice, and market presence as we **move from proof-of-concept to commercial launch**.

You’ll lead the development of our **brand positioning**, **content strategy**, and **communications**, telling the story of our technology in a way that inspires potential customers, hires, and investors alike. This role will report directly into the CEO.

**What You’ll Do**

- **Own brand strategy & positioning**: Define how we want to be perceived in the market and ensure consistent execution across all channels.

- **Build our brand voice**: Craft how we communicate, bold, smart, and differentiated.

- **Lead content creation**: Develop the overarching content vision and calendar, manage production (internal or external), and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- **Develop launch materials**: Oversee the creation of launch campaigns, product visuals, web presence, social content, and key narratives.

- **Drive storytelling**: Turn complex science into powerful, clear, and inspiring stories that resonate with customers, partners, and investors.

- **Collaborate cross-functionally**: Work closely with leadership, product, and science teams to align marketing strategy with company goals.

- **Experiment & iterate**: Test creative ideas, campaigns, and formats to find what resonates and scale what works.

Required qualifications/ experience:

- Skilled in content creation, social strategy, and campaign management (hands-on or through external collaborators).
- Passionate about science, sustainability, or innovation.

Bonus points if you have

- Experience launching a scientific or tech-based product.
- A background in creative direction, design, or copywriting.
- Previous work with early-stage startups or agencies supporting them
