**Company Description**
The Brand Specialist works on understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research, specifically what drives TOM awareness, brand salience, understanding of the product functionality and per capita consumption. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager to contribute to the annual business plan by creating, planning, and executing brand, advertising, new product initiatives whilst ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way.
**Job Description** Strategic Steering and Brand Priorities**
Support the Senior Brand Manager and the team in the development of brand and product strategies.
Consumer Insights and Market Research:
- Turn data into compelling insights, which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans. Monitor consumer’s perception about the brand and products in various media pillars on both a national level and a regional level.
- Lead monthly competitive review for the brand team.
- Lead monthly analysis to evaluate the performance of the portfolio and impact of the marketing initiatives on the business.
**Lead Exceptional Execution of Brand Marketing Initiatives**
Brand Management:
- Lead the development and the implementation of marketing initiatives aiming to build brand image and increase understanding of the product functionality on a national level.
- Work closely with marketing, trade and sales teams to ensure full cross-functional engagement and excellence in execution.
- Work closely with International HQ Specialists to share learnings, best practices, align plans, share latest updates & insights.
- Always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single project and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital and social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
Advertising and Creative:
- Create, optimize impactful brand and communication assets in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions and agencies.
- Lead creative agency and create strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output and ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan.
- Develop and implement the ideal advertising plan in collaboration with the media manager ensuring international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of media components, and always with international best practices in mind.
- Be the guardian of the brand and ensure the perfect execution of visual/graphic guidelines across the departments.
Product and Packaging Management:
- Contribute to the on-going management of the product portfolio.
- Lead together with the Head of Brand and the Product Expert the limited editions products packaging and new product launches, especially the creative development.
**Marketing Innovation**
- Create new and innovative campaigns and consumer engagement from scratch aiming to bring brand to life, tapping into various consumers target groups, networks, scenes and opinion-leaders, and execute these ideas with the right balance between the national strategic priorities.
- Participate in brand creative sessions to develop tactics & assess best practice.
- Understand the latest generational trends by being close to our consumers and continuously benchmarking the industry.
- Involve cross-functional teams in idea generation for the brand.
**Qualifications**
From 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing/communication.
FMCG brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience.
Previous experience in the gaming, sport or advertising industry is a plus.
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.
A creative marketer with depth in brand understanding, innovation at the heart who puts new ideas into practice fast.
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.
An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude.
Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
Organizational capabilities and general management skills.
Fluent in French & English
