**Your Tasks**:

- You supervise our current dentists partners in the French market, especially around Paris
- You develop a tight relationship with the acquired dentist locations and partners
- You deal with uprising challenges, reporting and improvement within France
- You define and implement new business strategies and processes on the basis of DR SMILE guidelines
- You work autonomously and cross-functionally with different departments, keeping in mind our goal of continously improving the customer experience
- You are the Feelgood Manager and the link between our strategic and operative departments for our French dentists partners

**Your Skills**:

- Academic studies in a relevant field (marketing, business administration or similar)
- First experience in the area of Account Management, Area Management or Business Development
- Excellent organization, communication and reporting skills
- Strong goal-orientation, problem-solving attitude, attention to details and organisation talent
- Experience within the medical field is a strong plus
- Fluent in French and English
